LATE POLICY

If you are over 15 minutes late your appointment will need to be rescheduled. If you are late a second time you will lose your deposit and need to pay a new deposit for another appointment.

Please note that a simple call/text is appreciated. I understand things happen, but please try to be on time.

DEPOSITS

$25 deposits are required to receive an appointment confirmation. This is subtracted from your total balance. Deposits are NON- REFUNDABLE! In case of an EMERGENCY, you may reschedule up to 2 weeks from the original date. Your deposit will be transferred to that appointment.
